Hi, I’m Chris.
I’m a California-based therapist who’s dedicated to helping women navigate life transitions. The majority of my practice focuses on supporting people through rocky passages of uncertainty and self doubt.
I am currently accepting new clients.
How I Work:
At some point in life, most of us will encounter a period of hardship, disappointment, loss, or sadness that is so disturbing and long-lasting that it may be referred to as a dark night of the soul. I’m skilled at companioning my clients through dark nights, offering insights and reflections from a depth psychological perspective that honors both soul and psyche.
I’m a life-long learner who’s always made sense of the world through music, dream-tending, symbol, art, and literature. These transpersonal tools assist us with making meaning of the hardest human experiences we endure. They are what led me to the work of psychologist Carl Jung and grounded my work in the discipline of depth psychology. Consequently, the use of image, myth, dream-work, and metaphor are foundational aspects to the way I work.
